2014 Deadlines

Orders will be completed in the order they are received. After an order has been submitted and paid for, you will have a chance to review and approve a sample. If you need a tree by any particular date, make sure you give yourself plenty of time in case any changes are necessary.
Although we cannot guarantee a delivery date, we will make every effort possible to get your order in time. Please refer to the FAQ page or contact us with any additional questions regarding time estimates.

• Mother's Day - May 11

  Order must be received by April 25th
  Order must be approved by May 2nd

• Father's Day - June 15

  Order must be received by May 29th
  Order must be approved by June 5th

• Christmas - December 25
  Due to the high volume of Christmas orders in 2013, we will be pushing up our deadlines and increasing fees to encourage early ordering and ensure Christmas Delivery.

  Orders received by November 30th will not require a late fee.
  Orders turned in between Dec 1 - Dec 6 will have a $35 Christmas rush fee.
  No orders will be accepted after December 6th.
  All tree samples need final approval by December 15th

  After all Holiday orders are completed and shipped out, My Branches will be on a holiday break for the remainder of the year.
